Eye of the Storm

A great place to train!! The MMA class is an intense work out pushing your physical capability's to the max. Derrick has designed a program with a great mix of arts that are very complimentary to one another. I enrolled my son and have seen huge development in self confidence and physical capability. A strong focus on "real world" scenario's to prepare one for any self defense situation. Great instructors all around and a good group of people to train with.

I have being doing martial arts with Derek at Eye of the Storm for about 13 years now. I am now a third degree black belt on the martial arts side of the studio but I started on the kick boxing side. The training and support I have received through the years from Derek and his other instructors is amazing. Including supporting me and helping me work through some very challenging health issues over the years. I would recommend Eye of the Storm to anyone. Derek is very real, he shoots from the hip and cares for everyone of his students with all of his heart.

I've been going to Eye of The Storm for over 4 years now. As a 61 year old retired guy, I can say that it has really helped me. While I still struggle; my ballance, endurance, flexibility and stamina have all improved dramatically. Derrick is a great instructor. Pushing you to work harder, while giving positive encouragement the whole time. It is a great workout for all ages.

Always an awesome workout! Amazing cardio while learning proper technique are the perfect combination. Fantastic for beginners or advanced martial artists. Just come to class & Derrick will do the rest:)

I have been kickboxing with Derrick at Eye of The Storm since January 2016 and I absolutely love it! It is fun environment to push yourself and learn a valuable skill all while getting stronger. Great workout with fun people and no judgement!
