Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program focuses on practical self-defence as well as sport grappling. Amazing body awareness, confidence in a variety of situations and increased physical conditioning are a few of the many benefits of a typical Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. Arashi Do Martial Arts is currently the only organization in Edmonton offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 4-7 year olds (Mini Monkeys) and is a member of the Franco-Behring Jiu Jitsu Association.
Karate
Study Japan's ancient martial art with highly qualified instructors. Our Karate program has produced several Canadian and World Champions over the years. Learn traditional forms, conditioning, flexibility, strength, and balance in a friendly environment.
Childrens Programs
Our childrens programs are designed to build confidence, improve coordination and deal with bullies both verbally and physically. Classes are split up by age starting at 4 years old to ensure your child finds classes fun yet challenging, the key to continued success.
