The hotel was amazing, located right across the Sherwood Park shopping mall which I enjoyed a lot, after shopping I've had a fantastic massage at the spa at 7 pm.  Light dinner at the restaurant and ready to bed. My room was very clean, beautifully decorated, I loved the fireplace. The staff was very friendly and collaborative, they helped me a lot to get a cab and indicating the driver where to drop me off, fortunately, the hotel is really well situated in the city of Edmonton! I highly recommend it

First visit to Edmonton for Guns and Roses concert in August. Loved the contemporary room, especially the fireplace and the modern washroom. Plus, the amenity is great with a very good spa and a variety of yoga studio, I  chose Namaste and was awesome. A great restaurant just a few steps away and a good breakfast for free. Loved the bed and pillows super comfy. In general, the hotel was amazing: very clean, beautifully decorated, friendly staff and well situated in the city, I highly recommend it!   Thank you was very pleasant our stay

Staff were above & beyond - in terms of accommodating....made us feel like family. Robert at front desk was exceptionally helpful !! Great location & comfortable rooms.

Used to stay here for work. Been taken over and reno 'd = good

Sawmill attached = wicked

But... eat at regular hours. Sad truth of the world ... kitchen says open til 11 pm. .but they don't want to be ... don't plan for late orders. Prime rib ice cold. Think the Yorkshire fished out of garbage. Cold Yuck.  Service...incredible young staff. Didn't have the heart to complain. Won't ever eat again at site tho.

Should add. .. since hotel n restaurant are separate. .. nice clean comfy as hell room.    nooòoice

Service was good but I went for drivers training and it was a little confusing on where to go but other than that it was good
