Clean rooms, comfortable mattresses. Good selection for free breakfast; cereals, scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, donuts and muffins. We attended a wedding at the Rochester Event Center, which was right next door, so the location was perfect, as it's an easy walk to the center. Easy location to get to. We ate lunch at the Ground Round, which is also right next door; again, an easy walk. Our only complaint was the extremely unhappy desk clerk. She was there when we checked in and out, and acted as if we were inconveniencing her. She barely spoke, and neither thanked us or asked how our stay was.

Nice, will stay here again. Easy to find. Housekeeping needs some work. Hair in sink and tub. Other than that it was fine. Hair is a serious yuck factor. Makes you wonder about what else that's not readily visible. Two spiders in bathroom. This time of year those things get in everywhere.

I love staying here! Superclean! Everything smells clean, my room was awesome and I love the Hot Tub and Pool! The restaurant across the parking lot has good food and cold brew. Great price for the awesome night sleep with all the accommodations.

Clean and comfortable. Staying (longer than anticipated) for appointments at the Mayo Clinic - little bit of a drive (15 minutes). Hope, who works at the front desk, is very compassionate, helpful and wonderful to chat with. Pool is very small (4 feet) & exercise room is tiny (3 cardio machines & an 'AB crunch' is all). Breakfast has lots of options, but was the same Wednesday-Friday. Overall, clean & comfortable. Larger rooms are worth it. I'm a dedicated AmericInn customer and I appreciate their pet policy :)

Horrible General manager. they allow cats an don't tell customers that they were in there. There was bedbugs in a room and they didn't follow procedures to take care of the problem. The management is horrible where the gm herself has to ask the employees how to do the gm job. Just a grimy place period. Besides the fact that the gm smokes marijuana. Great place to stay away from
