For the low price this was a good deal. You get what you pay for, so don't expect it to be a top-tier hotel, but the room I was in was mostly clean (the bathroom had some hairs and dirt), and was mostly quiet. Bed was okay. TV only has 21 channels, which is way too few--they seriously need to get many more. And of course there are no items in the room to use, you have to ask the desk. That's very frustrating to pay for an extended stay place with no utensils or dishes in the room, not even a hair dryer. Would suggest you get there early--front desk told me they were already full by mid-afternoon and were going to not be able to give some people requested rooms.

I have loved this hotel for a long time. Aside from the rooms, they have an open kitchen where, you can cook your food (you should ask them to give you the pans, toaster, etc., though). One thing I don't like about this hotel is that the beds are small and not comfortable if there are two people sleeping on it!!

I stayed at there location in Rochester mn.I had a guest with me who was suffering from mental illness I informed the site manager of the situation they only cared about us checking out that morning as my guest was not ready to leave and had started speaking loud the manager insisted we leave check out at 11am and promptly at 11am she was knocking at our door we left I returned recently to stay there again and was denied after I had booked a room on price line I tried to reason with this manager there was no reasoning with her she ordered me off property and I was just out the payment I made for the evening. And was told to contact price line which informed me I couldn't get my money back until a later date I think that this incident is completely inexcusable discrimination against a vulnerable. Adult and that this hotel should be held accountable

Great price on Priceline ($51/night) very clean, kitchen with full refrigerator, big tub. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for your Mayo clinic visit or any stay in Rochester.

Staff was helpful when our first room smelled like a wet dog. Loud barking dog next to first room as well. Second room had a normal musty smell and beetles on the ceiling. Beds were fairly comfy, wifi was serviceable.
