We landed in Rochester in after a long day of cancelled flights and delayed baggage for an appointment at the Mayo for my kiddo so my stress level was shot and during our last layover i had my husband set up the room because the Ronald McDonald house was full. When we landed i had transportation provided by the hotel who was waiting for us and made our check in process very easy and welcoming!! They also gave us some overnight amenities until our bags were delivered which was just amazing since we didn't have anything. Our room was handicapped accessible for my son who is in a wheelchair and it was very spacious and wheelchair friendly! The room was very clean, super comfortable beds, cable tv, a very clean and accessible bathroom, and a kitchen area with a fridge and microwave!! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and ready to help or just provide a smile or a kind word!! What a wonderful place to call home for the next week as we are dealing with so much stress from our mayo visit. Coming to relax in our room, swim in the lovely big pool area, or just sit outside is just what we needed!! I would definitely recommend staying here for a vacation or appointment at The Mayo and will be back for our appointments over the next year. Thanks Comfort Inn for helping a stressful time feel more like home!!

We enjoyed the pleasant room, comfortable beds, good breakfast and friendly staff. The new remodel job in the dining area and lobby are very nice. We have stayed at this hotel nearly every year since it opened and have never been disappointed. The breakfast is better than most and the fresh bottles of water in the room each day were very convenient. They go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely continue to stay there when in the area.

Very comfortable stay at this Motel. We consider the bed, pillow and a dark, quiet room key for a good nights sleep and we had all three of those expectations met. The Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and as the Grandparents of a special needs child, we were so pleased to see that some of the hotel cleaning needs are serviced by very capable individuals. The Shuttle service made our visits to Mayo just a little easier and the cookies and Hot Chocolate in the front lobby were nice to enjoy after stressful days. Thank you for a job well done.

Loved it. Fire pit outside made it even more enjoyable. They offer a fantastic complimentary breakfast as well! The pool area was clean and very fun!

Needed to come down for the weekend and was a last minute booking. They still had rooms available and the suites were at a decent price if booked online. Very nice hotel and the rooms were clean. I was a Tony not worried about the bed, as it was a little on the hard side, but it was fine and I didn't wake up with sore shoulders, neck, or back. Good sheets and down pillows and comforter. Overall a good experience.
