Adequate hotel. It feels very new, though the furnishings look cheap and I doubt they will hold up well. Staff was nice though not entirely familiar with all aspects of their job. We left our room at 7AM on a Saturday morning with the "please make up the room" sign on the door. When we returned at 3 the sign was still there. One of the the two beds had been made and we had a full supply of fresh towels. The dirty towels were all still there, the trash cans hadn't been emptied and it didn't look like any thing else was done. Just weird. Breakfast is free. It's fine. The coffee is Folgers. While I'm no coffee snob, the coffee prerty from tasting good

Pros Clean entrance and room. Nice breakfast. Been greeted nicely by staffs. Has many amenities, and fast internet. Shower heads are adjustable Cons Water is a little weaker than expected, but can still take good showers. Parking space is small, lot and actual parking size. Comments Would definitely recommend, nothing beats a good location to relax the end of day, and start of the next day.

Clean, comfortable beds. Could be a little quieter but the noise was caused by people letting their doors slam shut. Breakfast is nice, cereal was a bit stale and bagels a bit dry. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Booked this stay as part of a wedding party. Nice rooms, good breakfast. What makes it one star is the bride and groom had money taken from their room while they were opening gifts in the lobby. An establishment is only as good as the customer service and employees.

I'm currently looking for a hotel to block out for my wedding (30+ rooms) and was advised to look into your hotel for the shuttle service. As I was called I was not greeted and it was an awkward intro. The lady on the phone -"Hello?" Me- "Hi my name is __ how are you doing today?" Her-"How are ya" Me-? "I'm fine how are you?" Her- Obviously not in a good mood "PhFF" Awkward silence..
I can get over that but it was just rude in a way, no name, no intro, nothing. Then I informed her I was getting married and was looking into getting a block of rooms reserved along with wanting to know more about the shuttle service you provide. She was very uneducated on the topics and didn't have any way of helping me, pretty ditsy and distracted. So finally I asked to talk to someone else that might know more but she said none of the managers were in (I could have talked to literally anyone else and would have been happy). So she took down my info and I finally asked for her name because she never introduced herself and it was Tacoia. I would have liked to stay at your hotel but unfortunately first impressions are important and don't want my guests to also feel like they are a burden.
