Hampton Inn

Check in was easy, but when we got to the room is when it started to go downhill. It smelt like smoke, in a nonsmoking room. Air conditioner didn’t work properly. Shut off and on at random. Walls were paper thin. Could hear everything all around us. Sounded like an elephant was running around upstairs. We let the front desk know about the noise, the smell and the air conditioner and no one seemed to care. Even tried telling them at checkout and all I got back was “ok” terrible experience

Nice lobby area. Friendly staff. Rooms were nice and updated. Outside will look great once construction is over

Nice overall feel. Minimalist approach in may ways. Things are neat, simple, and cleaner well. The breakfast daily plus, always available coffee/tea/chocolate, cold water, and fruit are plus. The walkways are a little narrow in the rooms. We were going to use an air mattress is the room. There was no place to inflate it. And the bathrooms have no locks. Thus, it's a nice place, but, it at the least different. What they do though, they do fairly well.

Hotel is ok but rooms over priced! Staff is very friendly. Beds are good. Rooms are modern. Soundproof rooms. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good! The water (shower) has too much chlorine and makes the skin very itchy. Hotel is getting a renovation so it should look much better when completed. Location is out of the city, not much to do around the hotel.

Nice clean rooms with blackout curtains. Renovations ongoing on the exterior but that didn't affect the stay. Friendly and helpful staff.
