This place lives up to the 5 star review, nothing overly fancy just a damn good burger!

I'm always looking for something new cause everyday there's something new popping up in Bend it seems! I was browsing Google maps and spotted a 5 star review pin, was impressed it was every single review, over and over again, praises! Now I'll be honest I'm not sure how long Americana has been open in Bend but definitely new to me and wondering why I hadn't heard about this hidden gem? So I had to check them out.... Upon first sight is an you encounter Jesus amongst the poppy flowers... on the business end of the truck is is an unsuspecting white phasade, a menu and a fairly ordinary sign the reads Americana. They offer a couple variations of smash bugers but I don't recall the smash part being hyped up? I ordered the Jalapeño Popper Burger, well toasted brioche bun, 2 patties smashed on onions, stacked with white cheddar and Jalapeño to form this singular protein gushing with flavor topped off with the traditional fair of lettuce, tomatoes and dill pickles all wrapped in a nice parchment paper pouch. Let me tell you this burger was worth every penny of $10 and I see why it has a 5 star review! I will definitely be back and recommending Americana to my friends and clients!

New kids on the block at Podski are absolutely killing it and deserve every five star review for their incredibly tasty burgers! I finally got to try their OG burger and fries early this week and, while I was a bit hungry, I could not put the burger down it was just that good. Easily one of the best in town! They don't advertise their burgers as smash burgers but they definitely are in that vein. Can't tell if it's the meat or the lettuce but there's a lovely black pepper taste to these that always pops up every bite that I could not get enough of. Toasted brioche bun, crisp lettuce, tasty sauce, melted cheese, double patties cooked to perfection - what a burger! Oh and the fries are well seasoned and their fry sauce pairs wonderfully. So worth a try, y'all. Naturally, I had to snag their ramped up jalapeno popper burger two days later and holy cow, that thing with the habanero sauce instead of ranch was exactly what I wanted for lunch. Cheesy saucy goodness in every bite, definitely two for two on the burgers and I am stoked to try them and fill out my punch card!

Wow wow wow. Absolutely delicious burger. Best in town IMO. We got the OG burger with bacon added and it was off the charts. Great burger integrity, excellent seasoning, and fairly priced…10/10 would recommend.

Their slogan doesn’t lie; this is hands down the best burger in bend. The chef always offers a unique, creative special. Great prices, too.

Honestly the best food truck burger I’ve ever had. The price is just right. Yummy mix of juicy pattys, cheese and a peppery sauce. Definitely worth a try

We carried out the OG with bacon added and the bacon cheese burger. Plus fries. My Husband started to pick off his pickled jalapeños and I was like wait! Let me taste. He loved them and I loved loved my OG with bacon- so much so no photo. Was going to save half for tomorrow, just couldn’t . The skinny fries were good, but would offer six stars if you could make skin on fresh cut like Boardwalk fries from the East Coast

The burgers here are absolutely incredible. If I had time I would've gotten a second burger. Not only are they the best burgers in Bend but they are also way more affordable than anywhere else too. Highly suggest going here. UPDATE: I went back and got a second burger. Just as good as the first time. Excellent service too.

Was just passing by on my bike when I smelled what must be a great tasting burger and decided to give these guys a try. Oh man, was I right!! Simple burgers cooked to perfection. These guys know how to cook a burger. Took mine to-go and it was still nice and warm 10 min later. Both guys working were very friendly and welcoming. Definently will be back. Keep up the good work guys.
