We ordered some chicken and waffles, fries, and thunder eggs here. The chicken part had really good flavors and the fries were perfect to accompany our drinks. The thunder eggs were interesting and should be eaten when hot.

Absolutely delicious! Our group had chicken & waffles, half bird, garlic blistered green beans, sweet potato fries, shrimp & grits, & the chicken sandwich…everything was delicious! Nate & Caitlin offered prompt & friendly service, we’re visiting from Florida but if we return we’ll definitely be back!

We were craving spicy chicken sandwiches so we decided to give Blumas a try. Their spicy chicken sandwich is perfect for people who don't like spicy food. The bread is good quality. The "hot sauce" is sweet and tangy with zero heat. I would recommend this for a tasty lunch, as long as you aren't craving spice.

Consistently delicious! The spice blend on the chicken is what keeps bringing me back! Even when busy, the food came out hot and yummy as always! Great work!

I eat here way too much. My heart and arteries are telling me to stop. But my nose is telling me get a burger get a chicken sandwich. Embrace being fat. Self-esteem low but the food A++ like my waste line. Just eat it it's good for your soul. Also have to stop calling this place bulmas because it's not a dragon ball z it's a chicken truck.

So so yummy!!! The spicy tangy sauce that came with the chicken&waffles was delicious! The banana pudding was also 12/10 Food: 5/5

Definitely one of the best food trucks in Bend. This is the sister-truck to the OG Bluma’s at River’s Place. A great selection of traditional southern style comfort food with modern culinary technique. One of my go-to’s is the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich, which is excellent. Do yourself a favor and go checkout Bluma’s at the Crosscut Warming Hut!

Bluma’s spicy chicken sandwich lived up to my every hope. The sweet potato fries were fantastic, lemonade that was obviously fresh, the best bottled root beer I’ve come across, and the banana pudding that was a dream. I can’t recommend enough! I will absolutely be back.

Got the Monte Cristo for the whole family and the blistered green beans. We knew it would be a wait, but it was way quicker than we expected. Didn't get the guys name that was preparing our food, but he did an excellent job and we really appreciate his hard work. The food is absolutely amazing, thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing chicken! So tender/juicy but with a lovely breading on the outside. I had the chicken and waffles with sweet potato fries and a strawberry lemonade. ALL was great
