Big Ski's Pierogi

This cart has a great selection of perogis to try. If you don't know what to get, order the Sampler and then you can get a bit of each. Some standout ones to me were the BCB, Hell's OG' and the bacon one. The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly in taking our order.

Excellent pierogi's, highly recommend the sampler to try different flavors - big fan of the spicy ones and the og always hits the spot too - plus they always come with delicious onions and a healthy dose of sour cream for dipping. IMO this is the most consistent cart at Podski in the last couple years. Service can be a little slow but they're always friendly and easy going. I'm a big chowder guy so I finally got to try theirs this week and it was piping hot, hearty with good potato chunks and plenty of clams, and tasted fresh plus came with oyster crackers. The "cup" small bowl for $8 felt very much worth the money. Great for a sunny but chilly winter day.

Delicious! My picky eater toddler ate it up how could you not. She loved her ice cream too of course. Friendly, prompt service as always. Hells OG is my fav, but definitely get a sampler and try them all.

This place is absolute perfection! A friend works here and has been telling me to stop by, but I've avoided going because of parking. We finally went to get a sampler earlier this week and WOW!! We have already been back twice since My favorites are 'The O.G' and 'Green Monstah', but you cant go wrong with anything you order! My boyfriend and I can both be picky eaters and have yet to try one we dont like, in fact we walk away talking about 1. How freaking GOOD/satisfying that was, and 2. The next time we can come back

The best service! Right after we received our order a plate was knocked out of my husbands hands. Big Ski’s was closed, but Mia helped anyway! She made us a new plate and understood accidents happen. Thank you so much Mia!

We literally drive out to bend just to get our dose of these tasty pierogis . They’re all so delicious. We usually get the sampler , our favorite is hells OG, has a nice spicy kick to It.

Can't say enough about this place! Great person Rich running it! Best Pierogi I had in USA My mom use to make them on a weekly basis and this is VERY close to her version of it! The verity is great. A must try while in Bend

Can’t stop going here! Super chill service. Always changing up the menu and love the meat free options. Can’t go wrong with the OG though.Comes in habanero if ure spicy Mine have always been cooked perfectly. Big ski’s pierogis is by far one of the best food trucks I’ve ever had. For a one man crew I think their set up works perfectly and the food is immaculate. Highly recommend if you are in the area grab a beer and order some pierogis.

Went to the Podski and visited a few carts. Overall a great place, however Big Skis was disappointing. The Pierogi plating was cheap and the pierogis were way to expensive for the serving size. Pierogi's came in at $2 each w/ a splat of sour cream on the side of a paper plate. Head next door to the Tin Pig, the Board, or the street tacos. All delicious, all a better value and a better presentation.
