The worst 5 guys experience ever.... Go to BlueEyes I've been going to 5 guys throughout the country since I was in highschool and the bend location is by far the worst. I've succumbed to my cravings too many times hoping for a change and it's never any better. However this last experience took the cake. I asked for extra crispy fries, with a smile on my face as I have many many times and the kid at the register explained that they don't do crispy fries but wasn't sure why. I informed him I've been ordering the same thing for years so he yelled to the manager back on the grill, who yelled something back about how since the fries are cooked in peanut oil they can't cook them crispy because it makes them hollow. I explained that I've had them done that way many times and never had an issue and that's how I like them. I also told them I'm not in a hurry and know they take longer when cooked crispy... The fries came out gross. Not even just not crispy, but actually disgusting.. They were soggy and undercooked. Some were pretty much raw. Totally inedible.. the burger was somehow overcooked and soggier than usual... It's always a bad experience at this 5 guys location and for some reason I kept trying... But now I've discovered BlueEyes Burgers and fries! It's everything you want 5guys to actually be and it's delicious and locally owned!!! Just go there instead!!!
They told me I couldn't have my service dog in the building because they don't allow any dogs inside. I'm never dining here again. I have a medical condition and I need my dog. I thought Bend was at least a dog friendly place.
This is a good juicy freshly made to order burger The fries are good , with generous portions. Service is ok, not great. We gave our order, she repeated it to us correctly and we recieved an incorrect order; 1 burger was missing japalenosand we recieve 1 order of fries, not 2. Very frustrating, it just awkward and inconvenient to go back and let them know about their errors. There are bathrooms available, access is made through the code on your receipt, drinks are self serve and refillable. Peanuts are available to munch on while you wait for your order. All in all, not worth a 27.00 lunch.
They will be going out of business soon. To expensive. Elderly lady at the cash register. Could care less whether I ordered a steak or chicken. She was rude and not interested. The restaurant was dirty. What a joke this place is.
So good, and I can’t believe I’m saying this… actually a VALUE compared to everything else. Appreciate that they aren’t screwing their customers over by raising their prices far beyond the inflation rates. However, I will not give the 5th star until you bring back the Malt Vinegar!!!
Excellent food. Expensive; although not for adding lots of extra toppings which is free. Sometimes my orders are mistaken depending how fast paced the place may be at that time. Understandable. Mostly good expectations every time I walk in here. Grub out.
The manager and staff at this location are great. My gift card wouldn’t run because it kept resetting their cash registers’ POS system. So they decided to take the order on the house. Such great burgers and always reliably friendly staff!
Ordered bacon cheeseburger saw it cooked then watched it get cold while nose ring wrapper visited with cheese person. Been coming in since opening ,will stay away and go to Coaches in lapine
Great food and a menu you can count on. I mean bacon milkshakes!? A decent assortment of other milkshake flavors as well. Customer service was good also. Total time in store ordering 5 milkshakes=9 minutes total. Not bad at all considering.
Awesome burgers and you always get extra fries on top of your order
