Usually a good choice for a gourmet burger and excellent fries. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. The Steakhouse Burger was very disappointing. There were only a few mushrooms on it and the burger was thin. It looked rather flat compared to the advertised picture. The Cod fish and chips was a bit bland, but the portion was large. The fries never disappoint. Overall, underwhelming
We went to Red Robin on Wednesday around 6:30 PM for my son's birthday dinner. It's much less customers than weekend and restaurant not noisy. Staff are friendly and welcome us very much. I ordered Royal Red Robin burger and taste is delicious and potato fries are very good too. My family enjoyed dinner there. We also order sweet potato fries for side but they forget serve it to us and one guy staff brought cold one. We tried ask exchange but he never shows up us again. Also Can you clean and wipe up each menu board? We're 5 and 3 boards were very messy and sticky with soda splashed and cheese and other sauce on board. Also I found messy cheese on a small beverage menu in center of table. This is very gross. Please improve this asap.
Ashley was an outstanding server who went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience at Red Robin was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Ashley greeted me with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Throughout the meal, Ashley was attentive, checking on me regularly to see if I needed anything and ensuring that my order was accurate and prepared to my liking. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the menu, providing helpful recommendations and answering any questions that I had. What really stood out to me about Ashley was her genuine care for my satisfaction as a customer. She took the time to listen to my preferences and make suggestions that she thought would enhance my dining experience, such as recommending a delicious dessert that perfectly complemented my meal. Overall, I cannot recommend Ashley enough as a server at Red Robin. Her excellent service, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor truly made my dining experience one to remember. Thank you, Ashley, for going above and beyond and providing exceptional service!
Majorly understaffed, and the food was unimpressive. A lot of the food tasted like plastic, and every time the food or waitress came, we were already debating whether to get up and ask what's going on or not. Will not be visiting a Red Robbins again. Not only is the food extremely unhealthy even the salad, it's not fresh, and it doesn't taste good. I thought we'd get to try good traditional American fare, instead we got tasteless mozzarella sticks, sauces that tasted like they came out of a can, premade salad that was as cold as a freezer, and a veggie burger that didn't have any texture and the bun was soft not toasted. Not good.
Well, granted we shouldn't drink things these colors, but after a few bright blue drinks, one pink, and a frothy orange one with whipped cream, the view from a Red Robin ain't bad. I don't have a family with kids, this would be perfect. Parking: It's a busy location, but no problems.
It's a Red Robin. Pretty standard. Only went in for a couple beers. They were expensive though. $7 for a pint seems a bit overkill. The place was packed though. Bartender was nice but definitely seemed overwhelmed. All in all pretty much what I expected when I walked in.
Usually a good experience. Good menu options, super family friendly, nice location. While always friendly, sometimes service gets forgetful and slow though. Food is also usually tasty, but occasionally very slow to come out of the kitchen, and sometimes clearly hasn't been timed well with the rest of the food as some parts will be hot burger while others will be cold fries. Restaurant itself is getting a bit tired and could definitely use some upgrades, especially to the booth fabric and floor. We still keep coming back, but with a few tweaks they could be 5 star worthy.
I had not been to Red Robin in a few years. The burger was good. My girlfriend thought the meat patty was small, but I thought the burger tasted good like that. Fries were ok, but I don't like fries lately. We also got a Cobb Salad that was huge and tasted great. Fresh ingredients. Service was great and overall I would go back before going to a movie across the parking lot at regal.
I can't explain how dashing the veggie burgers are! So good! The staff are nice and respectful however in such a busy place, the hospitality can go so far. It is always so pact that its annoying to sit and have a meal, its good if your an extrovert however I must say "Introverts" beware lol. I suggest that you get an order and take it and sit by the river! So much nicer!
I've gone to this Red Robin multiple times through the years and I have to say that generally there is always some reason why it's below par, however this time I had a very different experience. It was my girlfriend's Birthday and Ashley did a wonderful job making our dining experience excellent! From the hosts greeting when we arrived to the time we received the check it was an enjoyable dining experience.
