Unfortunately, I'm done with this place. The last time I came, only the drive thru was open, because an employee told me there was one person working. This time, I got breakfast in a fashion. Dude working the window didn't know what I ordered, 3 times he had to ask me. He charged me for something different, and the breakfast Jack I got was ham instead of bacon. I asked for my coffee on the way out, and he said they were out. "Remember I told you..." No, you didn't. I heard you on your headset tell someone else you were out of orange juice. I at least got an apple juice. I think a call to corporate is in order. Not eating this hash brown or drinking this stained juice box.
They had 2 workers at 5:30 pm. Saturday. One young man was running around doing everything. He added our order but didn't give us senior discount. So we got 2 free drinks, which was nice. The 2nd worker seemed to not speak English well, gave previous order wrong and ours took 20 minutes. No others in store. She was moving very slow. That store has always been under staffed. They also don't give out very appetizing food. I have worked as assistant manager at Jack in the box in past years. We know what to expect, and this place was horrible. Food, cleanliness, could be a lot better.
Employee stated none of their fryers were working. Could've at least made a sign so customers knew before driving into the drive thru. Understand it's not their fault but the breakfast wasn't complete. The breakfast burritos and sausage biscuits weren't up to par compared to other Jack in the Box places.
We had to repeat our order 9 times. We wanted to order a bowl of eggs, ham and cheese, but we had to keep explaining we did not want sausage. Then after 10 minuets we got our food and 1 of our things were missing. So we went back and she took our receipt and handed us a burger and was rude. But thank you so much for the good food. It was delicious! And they got our special order perfect and amazing.
Waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of us, and the cashier had to tell the person cooking at least 3-4 x to make the burger we were waiting on. I think there were only two people working. No wonder they are always hiring, because people keep on quitting. And I do not blame them. The company that owns this Jack-in-theBox needs to get there sh*t together, hire more people, train them properly and pay them at least $12.50 an hour, plus give them decent benefits.
I love Jack in the Box but they have been so short staffed lately, it's crazy. Tonight, they had three people on a Saturday at 5:00 pm. They need to get some help for their poor staff before they end up with no staff at all. Being short like that causes the food quality to suffer. I love Jack in the Box but don't think I will go back to this for awhile.
We came in the morning for some breakfast. It was awesome! Fresh and hot! The manager that took our order was a very nice man. The restaurant was clean the food was so good. They clearly have the right guy in charge. After driving all night this was a nice experience to have. It’s Hard to find good quality in fast food anymore and this definitely exceeds expectations!
3/29/20 7:30pm I used to come and eat here but after I received some of the worst customer service I won't come back. A tall employee who made my order was rude and expressed by his body language that he didn't care about the issue he made. I made a simple order only to get something I never ordered. When I went to let them know about the issue they "fixed" my order. There was no apology from the employee. Unfortunately they got it wrong again. I once again had to let them know about it and they tried to fix it but when I got my order for the third time they still got it wrong. He even told me the order was just how I ordered it. When I checked it was still wrong. I believe he did it to be malicious this time around. Still no form of an apology. I would really like to report that employee.
This was probably the best Jack in the box I’ve ever been to! The food was made super fast and tasted super good! The staff was super nice and did an excellent job preparing my order! I would totally eat here everyday if it wasn’t fast food, 10/10!
Tastes like food poisoning! After waiting for 20 min in the drive thru, we were shorted some of our food, and what we did get was soaked in grease. Then a nice topper was not recieving any napkins to wipe up with. Save your money and go somewhere else!
