Excellent selection. The sheer amounts of different types of products, or variations of the same product, is amazing! I find myself filling up a shopping carts with all of the things I love from Asian cuisine. Selection of meats and produce is very vast, exoctic fruits and vegetables, live seafood and fresh desserts. Whether you just want to find your favorite snack, or maybe an entire meal. This is the place to go for the best selection of Asian products.
The place is fairly clean and you can have a variety of fruits/veggies/snacks/fresh meat. You can also find your favourite asian snacks, condiments and spices. If you have never been there, it’s a definite must-go! You will find everything on your list and it won’t be too expensive either. I recommend!
A very good surprise. Felt like I had traveled far away. Very enjoyable afternoon spent looking at every single products on the shelves. Glad to see there were latin products which was my first goal. My teen loved all the boba tea and ramen options. Oh and it was clean too. Will go back coz I am sure I missed stuff!
If you're from Vancouver or Toronto and miss T&T like myself you'll be very happy when you walk through the doors here. Amazing selection of fruits and vegetables, wide selection of live fresh and frozen fish, decent selection of meats, and all the basics of sauces, grains, and spices. The only disappointing part of this store is the baked goods section, mediocre selection of not very appealing breads. Staff are nice here and helpful.
Great place to find variety of Asian, Thai , Japanese. Chinese groceries , spices , tropical fruits some like Rambutan , Lychee at a good price and teas. Fruits seemed fresh. They sell fresh made noodles not frozen great to make your own recipie at home - Ramen , pad Thai, and different varieties of noodles. I particularly like Spicy shrimp paste , great taste goes with pretty much any kinds of shellfish stir fry. They sell variety sized rice paper, great if you are into making vietnamese pizzas at home small to big. The store is also quite big, it will be a good Asian food shopping tour for sure. Nice place overall, Enjoy!
The veggies are the cheapest in town, on average. Especially the ones you'd use in Asian cooking like scallions and cilantro. Much more suited to Asian cooking than other supermarkets. A problem is that Tofu always goes bad a month or so before the best before date unopened. I don't know if it's a storage or transportation problem, but shouldn't be on my end since I always put them in insulated bags with ice packs. If it's like two weeks before best before date, no need to check, just throw it in the garbage. You'll spare yourself from some bad smell. This doesn't stop me from buying tofu, but definitely something to keep in mind. They have a huge variety of instant and frozen food, including but not limited to dumplings, cold noodles, etc. But most of them are a bit expensive, but still cheaper than takeout. Some stuff like cold noodles is 10$+ per pack of two I mean 5$ each is A LOT more expensive than instant noodles which average to 1-2$ each even for the most expensive ones, but MUCH less expensive than any food at a restaurant, and you only need to boil some water and chop a cucumber and I didn't find any cheaper elsewhere. But I did find cheaper dumplings at costco, although as always not much variety but still decent taste.
You may find most of the needed items and they cover items for all most all the communities. What I don’t like is seedless fruits and some bad service workers not all Hope you guys enjoy shopping. Respect
Parking was quite the feat, lots of people on the weekends! The snack selection did not disappoint. The fruits and vegetable section sadly did not have the item I was looking for, and the employees tried to help as much as they could, of course, there were some that just pointed in a general area and hoped for the best!
Just recently started to come here and I just love browsing through the MANY different products! The produce is very fresh and reasonably priced! Still have a lot of discovering to do!!! Great store!
Really good food for a pretty decent price. You can find a lot of products that are usually hard to get in a very impressive variety. I'd recommend to go for the fruit and vegetables as well as for spices, noodles and Asian dessert.
