Steve was awesome! His colleague, Brandon, was great too! I mean, this company was very prompt, courteous and professional right from my first call to them. My sump pump needed to be replaced immediately and they, surprisingly, were able to schedule me the very next morning! Didn't waste time, explained the procedure, install didn't take long at all. Highly recommended!

The technician was very polite, personable, thorough and asked the right questions to understand what we needed in terms of the project goals. We are somewhat new to the area and weren’t sure who to call when our furnace quit working. Called late at night and Dawn set up an appointment for us the next morning. Jeremy showed up the next morning, fixed it quick and was on his way. I had to leave early for work and we have a small baby. AJ danboise was quick, efficient, reliable, fair on price, but most importantly took care of my family while I was away. Thank you Dawn and Jeremy for being so great!

Technicians are wonderful, they do great work, but you pay an arm and a leg for it!! Last year we used them to install a shut off valve at my dishwasher so a new one could be installed, it was a reasonable charge about $120. We called them back - so they don't give estimates over the phone, if after the in-home estimate you don't use them you still have to pay $65 for the visit. In our 1959 Bathroom, there was no shut off valves for hot/cold faucet water - they charged over $300 to put valves on and remove 30" single sink vanity. He was there less than an hour. We made the mistake of having them back to install the new vanity and faucet - because the plumbing didn't fit the back of the new vanity, I removed the back and they modified the vanity to fit the plumbing needs - they were there less than two hours and charged over $800, we should have paid the $65 and had someone else in. The faucet was defective, so I just had to pay them to return after I received a replacement faucet and paid only $65 for that, which seem fair they were there less than 30 minutes. We'll be using local independent plumbers from now own - the cost to install the vanity and faucet was as much as the cost of the solid wood vanity and faucet - outrageous!!!! I needed a new faucet installed in my upstairs bathroom. Home is 1959, so the new vanity had to be modified in the back to get the

Excellent result. Came quickly. Found the problem, but continued in a thorough fashion to make sure nothing was missed. Made sure it was done right, but also cost-effectively. Personable, direct, clear, professional. I am confident that the work was done properly, to code, and without cutting corners.
