*** If you have a notice from the city of Troy to replace equipment within 21 days, don’t call these people they won’t get back to you in time to get the work done.*** After 1 week of submitting information on the website contact form, then calling, then sent info via email, and then calling 2 additional times, they have not returned my call. The assistant answering the phone said that they have all my information and must be too busy to get back to me. Very unprofessional if you are a company offering 24hr emergency repair.

I had a problem with a 1st floor toilet not flushing and after calling several Plumbing companies that were too busy to come out on Saturday, I found D.J. Murray Plumbing being recommended by my “NextDoor” APP. When I called, I was pleasantly greeted and told to expect their technician out between 3 and 5pm today. I did get a call from “Jody” actually before the time mentioned informing me he’d be out in about a half hour! Jody arrived within that half hour and went right to work on the problem. Within a half hour, he had the problem resolved! I was very pleased at his professionalism and believe the cost was appropriate. I highly recommend D.J. Murray Plumbing and will call on them again if ever needed. Kudos to D.J. Murray Plumbing!
