Carter's Plumbing

I would highly recommend this company. I've used them twice now, once for clogged pipes and another time for a waterheater replacememt. On Both appointments Matt and one of his staff were prompt, professional and friendly. Overall exceptional experience.

Called them because when moved into home we discovered that we had no hot water. I looked at the water heater and the pilot light was not lit. I tried lighting it about seven or eight times with no success. I called Carters and a couple hors they came out as promised. Carter's is only two miles from my house. When their plumber checked the water heater he found the pilot light was lit. He turned the dial for the temperature and the burner lit. For that 5 to 10 minute job I was charged $164.90. I feel this not very fair and I will never call them again. Even though it took only 10 minutes max they charged $95, their standard hourly labor charge.

Matt and his partner showed up on short notice....took care of the work I had for them, And the price was very reasonable. Great experience. I will not hesitate to use these guys again.

I have called at least 8 times, left messages, never received call back. I called a few times and the mailbox was full. I was finally lucky and someone answered. I was promised they would come out either later that day or the next day "for sure". I never heard from them and couldn't leave a message, full mailbox. I have been a customer in the past, but not again.

I contacted Carter's Plumbing with an emergency leak in my grandparents home. I was thoroughly impressed when they promptly arrived on time considering I'd only called that morning. The technician came in, diagnosed the problem and had the "emergency" fixed within an hour of arrival time. The service vehicle was stocked with the proper material to fix the leak so the technician did not even have to leave the job in order to resolve the issue. Again, impressed! The compassion that was shown towards my grandparents was even more impressive. I will highly recommend Carter's Plumbing and I will, without a doubt, be using them again!
