Called them for a slow draining sewer. I failed to ask what there hourly rate is. They have flat rate pricing which is very high. Had a toilet swapped out with a new seat total cost was over $1500 took the tech about four hours. Again they showed and and did what they were hired to but there flat rate pricing is very expensive and I was aware of the cost up front. I will not use them again!

Were responsive and showed up promptly to give me a bid which no matter what they charge $50.00. Then received a ridiculous quote for $4,000 for something that I just paid $600.00 to get done. I could see maybe $1,000 tops being fair but to get a bid for $4,000 for basically 5-6 hours worth of workI was providing the main parts is highway robbery.

Found a leak in my furnace room that turned into a leak under my kitchen sink when the shut-off didn’t work. They came out same day and fixed our sink. They came out the next day to fix the humidifier we needed a weird part I highly recommend them for quality work, promptness, professionalism, and cleanliness. Knowing they were down the street took the stress most of the stress out of the leak situations.

WOW just got scewed by RORK Plumbing said they would come out and determine what was wrong with our submergable sewage pump and charge a $50.00 fee. Well that turned into them saying it will now cost $450.00 to open it up and look at it. Funny didn't the $50.00 cover that. . I called them back and it would be nice if you advised that you cannot open the damn thing unless we charge you another $450.00. So thank you RORK PLUMBING FOR GIVING IT TO ME!!

Quick service, same day. Did repair quickly and well. Pointed out possible other problems he saw. Reasonable rates. Very satisfied.
