Worst service, do not come here for anything phone related. I went in to get my phone replaced, they said it would only take one hour. It ended up taking 8 hours.

They ended up sending me home with a defected phone and now I’ve had to make three tips to the Apple store to get it corrected.

Save yourself the time and money, and just go to the Apple store. Even the person at Koodo said these authorized dealer are sketch.

I went in to get help with downloading software on my computer after trying both Jump + and Best Buy. I didn’t even know this place existed but they were absolutely the best help I could have asked for! Shawn explained everything to me so that I was sure what I had to do to download the software. I would recommend this place to anyone with a Mac computer!

Useless, never answers phone and offered no assistance when I drove in. I definitely received better service from Jump-plus and other stores for my mac needs

I showed up 1 minute before close and he dropped everything and worked diligently and patiently with me to diagnose my strange macbook pro issue.  Refined, experienced, professional and courteous. Pass it on!

Very good service. I had originally phoned in and spoken with Roxy, she was waiting for me at our appointed time and worked quickly to resolve my concern. They definitely kept up with my expectations of what an Apple Service Centre should be. Thanks for your help!
