I booked an appointment with Elio based on a friend’s recommendation and so glad I did! Elio explained how my hair should be cut and cared for and was 100% honest and confident; I knew my hair was in good hands. His pricing is reasonable and he did a fabulous blow dry after the cut. My hair looks fantastic - so happy that I found him!!!

Just got balayage done and Elio was amazing!!!! Did exactly what I wanted and his color was incredible. Seriously the best hair dresser in Ottawa. Thank you!!!

I had a really disappointing experience. I booked an appointment through the salon's website on Friday, requesting a 10am appointment on Monday. I got an email back from the owner that evening asking if I could come at 10:30 instead. I replied to say that would be fine. I arrived a few minutes early this morning and the owner was not there, which was fine. The woman who was working didn't seem to know about my booking so I settled in to wait. A few minutes later another woman came in and she also had booked an appointment at 10:30 via the salon's website. Again, the woman working did not seem to know about the booking. She asked if we were both there to have our hair cut by the owner and we both replied that it didn't matter to us who cut our hair. I waited until 11am and the owner still had not show up, nor had the woman offered to cut either myself or the other customer's hair. I left and will not be back again!

I had a cut and colour done by Megan and she was awesome! Great service and the outcome was fabulous. Recommended!
