I was first here last summer to get my bright red hair touched up by Donald (who was amazing). Decided to return to them 2 weeks ago to get touched up again and the stylist dyed it in a very unconventional way and I felt widely ignored for my entire appointment. The cut she gave me was amazing, and my roots looked good but the ends I later found were extremely uneven and faded after one wash and there were spots that weren't even dyed. I was afraid of coming back in to ask for it to be fixed for free, but I spent good money to get my hair done and I wanted it done right. Deryn took over, was extremely sweet and understanding throughout the entire appointment and the color is absolutely stunning. I'm blown away at the work she did for me and was extremely kind and gracious. Though I did have one bad experience, the atmosphere at this salon is great and I'll definitely be returning for my next touch up!

Absolutely love this salon! They are very supportive to their community! Great selection and so many wonderful hair products to choose from. The staff are incredibly friendly and sincere, and make you feel very welcome from the moment you walk through the door. The hair stylists there listen to what you want and make it happen. Donald Lang is such an amazing hair stylist there! He did all my hair for Miss Universe.

Hair cut was good. The stylist was great. However the quote for 35 $ for a shampoo cut and blowdry turned into 52 $ at checkout. Seemed on the shady side.

Very reasonable pricing for their haircare products. They occasionally have specials 15% off regular prices. This is where I buy my D:fi D:struct Pliable Molding Creme.

This is my favourite branch! I got my hair done here for a concert and I was extremely satisfied with their work!! They did a great job. I believe I booked with the junior hairdresser. All employees are super friendly as well and that just made for a great environment.
