Agree with other reviews - rough customer service (if you get any at all) and seems tired of doing what she does.. Nothing better to keep those customers coming than rudeness and feeling like you are the last person on earth she wants to serve!! MUCH better places elsewhere in town

I've been going to Beauty Matters for years. Silvy is highly experienced and really is knowledgeable with all medical esthetics and basics esthetics. I am obsessed with the Hydrafacial! I go at least once every month. She also carries amazing skin care products.

I highly suggest not spending a dime here. I actually have prepaid minutes for electrolysis that will go unused because the woman is such a cow. She is rude, rough, always running late, over-bills, and tries to up-sell you on her other services. Not knowing how old I was, she told me I had WAY too much sun damage for a person my age. I do not go to tanning salons, I wear SPF daily, and I work indoors. After hearing this, I sought 2 other expert opinions which both confirmed that she was lying. Ladies, save yourselves an unpleasant visit and spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!!

My experience has been completely different than the other reviews here. I've been very happy with the service here, with no pushiness to try other treatments. I've been having electrolysis, and it's been very effective. The spa is spotless, comfortable, and not overpriced.

Great Services! I am very happy with this spot. I had my back and chest waxed and the lady who did my treatment is very experienced and quick. I had this done elsewhere and it was way more painful and expensive. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
