I cannot praise this wonderful place enough. They treat you like a damn queen, listen to all your thoughts and concerns about your hair, explain all the products and steps if you ask, and, on the off-chance you don't love the way your hair turns out, they will fix it for you another day completely free of charge. 
Caitlin is especially wonderful and very talented at making you look your absolute sexiest.

First of all my hair dresser was late. Then she says she can do the hair I want but she doesn’t style it. She just cuts it. Fine then when she is done. I like how my hair is short, but it’s not the cut I wanted. Oh well. It’s just hair so it will grow again.

Gypsy was absolutely amazing in fixing my pixie cut. She was super friendly and discussed everything with me, including future steps for growing out. You can tell she's expert with scissors! Highly recommend.

I wasn't going to write this review but a year later I'm so upset about my experience at this salon. I booked my hair with Jeffery to get my roots done seeing on the website he says he specializes in blondes.My hair literally fell at at the crown and the very bottom.  He wouldn't let me touch my hair while he blow dried it which i thought was odd. I told him i don't like my hair curly but he literally insisted to curl my hair so i basically just let him do whatever he wanted cause i don't like confrontation.I went home later that night and looked in the mirror and noticed that my hair had TWO curls on each side. I went in a month later and told them and they told me my hair was damaged and it was already like that. My hair dresser told me it was because he over lapped the bleach on my already dyed roots seeing my hair fell out from the very top of my head. I paid 200$ for these people to ruin my hair.
