I got my hair cut by Celeste, who did an amazing job. I had been seeing the same stylist at another salon for a few years and just felt like I needed a change and I'm glad I booked with Celeste. I feel like she knew exactly what I was looking for, I'm rarely happy with how stylists cut my fringe but I am so happy with her technique. I will definitely be going back to see her in the future. Overall the salon is nice, clean and comfortable and seemed very busy.

The most traumatic salon experience I have ever had. Thomasina, the stylist, ruined my hair by creating bleached out irregular stripes on the crown of my head (see pic). To add insult to injury she then blamed me for the colour results suggesting that I wash my hair in water with high mineral content which I don't. In fact, I discovered later that the shower I use has a filter on it. I asked Thomasina to correct the colour and she hastily put a few foils on one side of my head. Which didn't work. She then admitted that foils need to be put in twice and put in 8 foils again and walked away. At this point I broke down and cried. I couldn't believe a senior stylist in a reputable salon would treat a client this way. An apprentice tried to finish the job by washing and drying my hair. The apprentice showed minimal skill (and interest) and so after six hours in the salon I had enough and asked her to stop. I left in tears. No apology from anyone but they showed some grace in not charging me. When I arrived home and looked more closely I realized that there were irregular bleached stripes all over my head.

Civello Aveda is such a treat; their products smell wonderful, and a simple haircut feels like luxury.

I've never felt more taken care of while getting my hair done. And the make-up artist made me feel incredibly special.

Ivy is fantastic! Always professional and love the whole experience. The staff of out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
