Zara Home

Horrible! Nancy, the manager was completely unhelpful and unpleasant. She had no interest in making sure customers would develop any brand loyalty with Zara. This useless woman would not refund my return, as I arrived ONE day beyond their one month policy! On January 3rd I purchased decorative items at Zarah Home, Crate&Barel, and Simons. All were happy to refund whatever I didn't want to keep, except for Nancy at Zara. Crate&Barel have an excellent return policy of 90 days! And lovely, helpful sales representatives. Simon is an absolute pleasure to shop at. They have wonderful staff and a 30 day refund policy as well, but made no fuss about a month plus a day and cheerfully refunded my return. I will no longer shop a Zara Home.

This the only Zara Home store in Quebec. If there were others, I'd visit them. Because the staff who works here are very cold and unhelpful.

Ultérieurement une grande acheteuse au Zara Home (sur internet), j'ai eu un service à la clientèle médiocre lors de mon passage à la boutique du Carrefour Laval qui ne convint de boycotter cette marque. En effet, Ernesto Maldonado, le gérant s'est montré incompétent, condescendant et irrespectueux. J'espère sincèrement que la compagnie saura se faire aimer de sa clientèle en s'entourant d'employés qui savent comment offrir un bon service à la clientèle. J'avais fait plusieurs achats encore avec les étiquettes pour la fête des mères, je retournerai TOUT, c'est une question de principe. Ne pouvant pas mettre moins qu'une étoile, mon opinion est bien en-deça. Tenez-vous loin de ce magasin.

Aucun service à la clientèle, les vendeuses parlent entre elles , et on jamais demandé aux clients s'ils avaient besoin d'aide...
