I asked him again, will everything work well. He answered yes. I paid for the rental, Pierre loaded my trunk, closed the trunk and bids me farewell until Monday when I return the equipment. When I got home, the compressor was missing. I called to advise them. Pierre apparently could not come to the phone the woman kept me on hold for a while as she had to verify. I asked to speak to Pierre as he was the one that served me and should know that he did not give me the compressor. No apology for forgetting the compressor nor inconvenience to the customer. I had to return to pick up the compressor which was loaded by someone else who dropped it on my bumper. I have always treated everyone with respect and grateful for their service. Prior to the first rental, I provided Pierre and the staff homemade cookies to thank them in advance for excellent service I thought I would get as I was referred to them by a friend. There was no excellent service, no accountability and reliability. Not impressed with the verification and maintenance of their rental equipment . I hope the equipment will work this weekend when we continue installing the hardwood floors.
