Good store with nice tools, appliances etc. Staff is very nice and willing to help but their service is very bad. Site staff is unable to support for installation and delivery service. Everything needs to organized separately by the client. I then recommend the store but I don't recommend using Rona for their delivery and installation services.

Fawzeya is happy to serve and offers incredible service in the appliances section. She takes the time to explain and doesn't pressure buyers. Raher she offers solutions and options. I went back to her 3x even if there are Rona's closer to my house!

HORRIBLE... I was waiting for Rona to open, so I went for a walk, passed by IGA next door and I came back with a warning about them TOWING my car. Either they don't want business or anything to get extra cash from clients. Never going there again. Home Depot it is !! I wanted to support more local companies, but I guess not

Went to get keys cut.nStandard house keys.....nTook them 20 minutes to get a employee to serve me.nAnd in the end with a wall full of keys available ...the lady said...sorry we don't carry this here.n..I was in shock....wile she had a smile on her face.nTotally non sense from a old white hair old employee that probably does know what keys are used for.nWalk out...and went elsewhere and got them done with a smile and in a flash!!nDon't recommend this place for service ....at all.
