This location doesn't even deserve 1 star. Needing custom made kitchen cabinets, they wasted 2 wks of my time plus a 3.5 hr appt. to no conclusion. They couldn't even find cabinet samples. They have seemed to disappear from earth although promised to call back with quote and plans. After several messages plus emails still no call back. Not even customer service returns call. No one seems to want to help. Going elsewhere not worth the hassle with these people since my present cabinets are already out and they were fully aware of this

I purchase a lock from them, the installation guy told me that it is defected so I brought back the product with its receipt and the original box which was open, they called associate to check if anything missing which is completely ok, than they called manager Paolo who says we don’t accept the open boxes product according to which policy, but we can give you gift card so simply you are pushing people to accept the gift card so they buy again from you.nI hope someone from their management team should read this this comment and follow with them if you don’t accept the open box than you should add that to your policy.

Convenient location, can get what I need for home improvement need. A bit difficult to find staff to ask questions.

Placed an order online, requested for the item to be delivered in store for pick up, as it is an option of the website. Received a call from the store later the same day, telling me that they can't honor my order because they would have to pay an 80$ delivery charge out of their pocket to have the item delivered to their store. I explained that it's an option that they offer on the website free in store pick up, but the gentleman on the other end didn't seem to care. Instead, he said he will cancel the order and he did, and that I have to place a new one where I ask for the item to be delivered and pay the delivery fee. Not what I expected, I will be purchasing elsewhere.

Great options for house renovation materials, interior and exterior furnitures and home appliances. Staff are very friendly too! Awesome location!
