The price of these products were very ridiculous. Can get many the same quality for cheaper at other places. Some items were priced accordingly. But certainly not all.

Saturday 4:45/4:50 no customers at the entrance, I got to the door preparing the vaccine passport and was told that “at this time, they we’re not letting any more customers in”. I thought stores closed at 5pm on Saturdays at Carrefour Laval. it’s too bad they are paying staff at the door to turn people away. If you don’t want customers to come in or you don’t want to work until 5pm, close your doors so we won’t mistake that the store is open for business.

Horrendous customer service. I am currently trying to receive a refund for products I shipped back AND PAID OUT OF POCKET on August 18th. Prior to sending my items back, I spoke to a representative to notify them that the items will be returned so that this could be captured on my file. I read online that refunds could take from 7-10 days once items received - no problem. Two weeks later, I followed-up on the status of the refund. I was notified by a service representative that warehouse had received my items and a refund would be issued in approximately 4 days there were delays due to an abundance of returns. I followed-up today two weeks later, and the customer service representative I spoke to advised me that warehouse still hasn't received my return and no refund could be issued until then, asking if I had my tracking number from Canada Post. Well, it's been over a month, and a service representative confirmed the items were received, why would I keep this? Now I am stuck with no refund trying to sort this all out, and all the representative kept saying was "I cannot do anything further until the items are received." Not only am I out $580 for the two items that I don't even have, I also spent $100 out of pocket to ship them back to Care and Barrel, which I just found out that they provide shipping labels for a cost - that would have been nice to know before I mailed my items back. Net net, horrible experience and will not be purchasing or recommending Crate and Barrel to anyone.

Product selection is , as is their customer service and delivery. Item was delayed significantly but these are the times we’re in right now and has damage. However, they immediately apologized and issued a new order for a replacement item. Very pleased with overall experience.

Barbara is such a gem and received a phenomenal customer service with her!  She even help me place an order online even if it is not available at the store.  Always superb service!

What a cute little store with a nice, helpful staff! I bought some things today and the cashier, Selena, was the absolute sweetest soul i've ever met.

I have never seen such a bad customer service.  The person on the phone when I commented on improvement hung up on me.  Called the 1800 and same rudeness and lack of interest.  Was even told that he only is customer service and that décision are made above and they cannot suggest improvement.

We recently purchased a unit from the store. Luc provided us with fantastic service!  Something that is very rare this days.  He was honest about lead times.

I tried to order a desk online.  The website offered me a 10% discount if I adhered to a newsletter which I accepted. I then received a coupon with a code.  Once I got to the finish line of ordering, the website informed me deliveries were only available in the U.S. or the rest of Canada but not in Quebec.  I then called the store in Laval. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. They then proceeded to take my order.  But when I gave them the coupon code, they said it worked only in the U.S. They have to subscribe a to the Canadian newsletter. However the email with the code takes 2-3 days to come in.  So they just asked me to call them back in 3 days and start all over again.  I just lost an hour trying to order from a business unsuccessfully.  Why is this so complicated!

Beautiful furniture! It's just that the delivery date is 9 months from now!! The website doesn't work well can't find what I saw in the store. I keep being redirected.
