Yunshang Rice Noodle House

Really great food and service! The ladies were very nice and diligent with their cleaning and refilling of tea or condiments. We got the braised beef pulled noodles and the spicy and sour rice noodle soup. I don't eat beef so they switched the meat for me I asked for pork, but they could've switched to lamb as well. Both dishes were really good and came out piping hot! The noodles in the braised beef dish were chewy and the flavour of the meat was excellent. The rice noodles in the soup dish were the thicker rice noodles and they were also pleasantly chewy. The soup had a good amount of spiciness and the sour part really stood out it's supposed to so it was really good and authentic. The place is small but cute. They have a great system for both take out and dine in. It also has a nice, calm and quiet atmosphere at least when we came anyway. All in all, great place! Would come back again :

Good food, nothing major to complain about. Pork buns are a bit dry. Tomato soup noodles suuper sour, but that's authentic. Rice+meat dishes are decent, preferred the beef over the chicken version. Wished for more meat tho... In terms of spice I have fairly low tolerance the initial 5 min is pain but it gets a lot better to the point of being pleasant. I got the authentic mild spicy level. Parking: No problem

Pretty nice place for rice noodles and braised chicken. Service people are very attentive and it’s pretty good for the price. Lucy was the one who was helping us out and she was really accommodating in terms of our requests.Recommended dishesNoodle Soup

I have been a regular customer with Yunshang for years. Now this location becomes my regular one. The food is good and the service is good. 10 Stars for a staff named Lucy. She is very kind and welcoming. She recommended that I apply for a membership card with them because she noticed that I visit often; She also refilled water for me and gave me extra noodles when she saw I was with a small kid. She is very considerate of customers. I have never seen such good service in Chinese restaurants. Last time I forgot to take my child's water bottle and exited the restaurant, she came out immediately and returned me the bottle. Big thanks to her.

I got the spicy noodle, it’s very spicy, so maybe ask for less spicy if you don’t eat too spicy. I generally do eat spicy but find it very spicy. All in all very interesting and flavourful. Staff service was great. Will try the hand made noodle next time.

Great food for great price! Comfort food especially for the cold winter. There are times when the broth is more watered-down but rare occurrence. Service is good and overall a great place and recommended for anyone to try.

My father and I came here for a meal between lunch and dinner. He had the spicey braised beef with rice and I had the original rice noodle soup. The braised beef was soft and the spices was just right. It's definitely a must try. The rice noodle soup is very flavourful and I did not leave a drop of broth. 10/10 would definitely come back again.

Omg! This restaurant is the best ỉn Markham. Bowls of noodles are full of explosions of flavours. Lucy was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very delicious noodles at a reasonable price! I had the Coconut Curry Soup rice noodle and it was absolutely amazing! Portion sizes are also very good, and you can ask for a second serving of noodles free of charge! I also recommend getting the deep fried pork spare ribs!
