Food was great. Service was good. I came here on a Sunday afternoon 2:30 pm, which is considered late for dim sum, however, the food came out fresh and delicious. The service I received was good, so I’m not sure what others are saying. Maybe because we were 1 of 3 families eating at this time? I’m not sure what the service is like when it is peak hours for dim sum and the place is crowded. Lots of free parking in this plaza, but the plaza seems to always be busy. Give yourself some extra time to look for parking if you’re meeting up at a specific time.

I could not wait to come home to write this review. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. The wait staff were rude and the management man in glasses and a suit was worse. I cannot believe I even left a tip. The food was room temperature when served and the fresh fish we offered was cut up until pieces that was not worth presentation. When I asked for the bill the man in the suit almost seemed to glaze over me with annoyance and instead of bringing ME the bill, he proceeded to walk in the direction of the males at the table when I was the one holding my wallet. His mannerisms got worse when I asked for the credit card machine. He put his hand out for me to give him my credit card... He proceeded to put it into the machine for me then flipped it over abruptly waiting for me to complete the translation... When I completed the transaction he ripped off the receipt and walked off... No thank you, no communication and walked off. Are you kidding me?! You only had a total of 4 other tables tonight and you and your staff couldn't even take a minute to be nice. My usual minimum of a 20% tip was not something you deserve. Your restaurant needs to learn to be less sharp tongued with your customers and try to greet your customers and learn to show appreciation when they leave. This is the very very last place I would EVER drop $400+ The man who took my money has been there for years. This was THE worse service ever.... And to think that you survived the pandemic with this attitude. Shame on you! I will never go back and I will be sure to tell those in my circle. The presentation of your food was not enough to withstand the horrific service. There are plenty of places I'd recommend before even stepping foot into this place for dinner.

First time came back after Covid. It was pretty quiet during the weekday morning. The quality of the dim sum was still ok. $1.50 head count for tea service and 11% service fees will be added on the bill. Service was good. The manager Vicky was friendly and attentive. Will come back for their dinner combos later on.

Slight above average. Some dishes are however worth coming back to, especially the beancurd rolls and the claypot rice the meat toppings are surprisingly good. The ambience is a bit old school though they did a good job spacing out the tables for Covid-sensitive customers. Service was ok but they were seemingly understaffed.

We're regulars here. Staff have great service and the food is great for their prices! They're also responsive on their ig. Love their yu choy but especially their shrimp garlic steamed rice with vegetables, as pictured.

Dim sum was okay, and service was friendly and attentive. The place was not overly crowded at lunch time on Saturday, but the plaza is very busy and it took us some time to find parking.Food: 3/5

Came for dinner and was pleasantly surprised with the variety being offered post Covid. Got the Peking duck combo where you get a Peking duck skin start and a choice of duck meat lettuce wrap selected or chopped up duck minus skin for those that enjoy the little bites and treats. The meal was accompanied with a selection of dishes where each one was a $15.00 add on. Selected a 5 other dishes and all were super delicious and hit the spot. My only gripe would be the lack of a “house daily soup” and the laughable dessert duo so called almond cookies and mango jellies This place accepts all forms of plastic and practicing social distancing in the seating

The Golden Palace Banquet Hall has a large room capacity with tables that can accomondate large parties. They also have lots of baby high chairs to accomondate everyone in the family too I went to the restaurant at a non-peak time period and it was still 60% occupied. I just had a few items from their dim sum menu. These items tasted good, but did not have anything special about them. The service was good, reasonably fast and prices were very competitive, which I imagine would attract large groups of customers based on price. If you like my reviews, photos or video give a golden thumbs up .

Attend a wedding banquet, food quality is average but big portion 10 people portion could serve 12, service acceptable.Food: 3/5

Tried takeout dim sum from them recently, very good price and customer service is great. However, food quality become worse and portion has decreased. It used to be better before pandemic. Totally understand and acceptable in this pandemic situation. Hope they will gradually improve and get back to normal.
