I want to drop a line about the most reliable and affordable self storage service in Toronto which I’ve ever used and this is Yorkdale Self Storage. They immediately found a unit mostly suitable for my needs and explain everything clearly with no unexpected expenses or rules. The storage is conveniently situated and has a drive-up. Fully pleased!

Friendly staff and well maintained facilities. I felt safe going to my outdoor locker alone on a dark, rainy night: that's a BIG deal.

I’ve worked with Yorkdale Self Storage team since 2010 using them for my business. During this time I got evidence that the facilities are secured efficiently and nothing has ever got lost. The driveway is very convenient and all the staff are caring and nice. Many thanks to Yorkdale Self Storage! I’m sure I’ll keep being your loyal customer.

I’ve been renting two public storage units in North York from Yorkdale Self Storage for a year and to say I’m satisfied is to say nothing. The facilities are fully secured and I can get my possessions when I need them. My units also have a drive-up, which is also convenient since some of items are pretty bulky.

Polite staff but no responsibility taken for inconvenience and cost of truck not available at reserved time and date. Poor company policy and integration with other locations (can't return to other locations, can't park, couldn't take a replacement truck and have another location replace it for them despite it being the obvious rectification of the inconvenience caused by another customers late return).
