Public Storage

This Public Storage location is wonderful! The staff are attentive, kind and caring. Roger helped me secure my unit, has been available by phone to answer my questions and when my son left his favorite toy in the parking lot called us to make sure we knew its location so we could pick it up. I highly recommend Public Storage on Dupont.

The customer service was excellent! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were also pretty funny , which didn't hurt lol! The process was smooth and uncomplicated and they really tried to accommodate my every need. Thank you guys!

THIS APPLIES TO ALL PUBLIC STORAGE LOCATIONS I'VE VISITED. They offer a 1 month free deal for 5x5s (you still pay some admin costs, comes to $30+). However they don't always honor the deal. They will tell you there are no empty 5x5s so you have to rent a larger unit at a higher rate. So dont walk in there talking about the deal. Just ask to rent a 5x5. Then get signed up on a month-to-month basis, then ask for the deal. At that point obviously they cant use the reason that there are no empty 5x5s. Nevertheless, first time at this location they were very pleasant to deal with.

This was my first time using a storage unit. I had to move stuff out of my place for some renovations. All employees were friendly, helpful and relaxed. Roger and Tashana were especially great. They helped me figure out what kind of unit I needed and found a promotion which helped save some money. Everything was explained very clearly and there were no surprises at all. The unit itself completely met my needs and was easily accessed. I liked the flexible hours (5 am - 10 pm). The facilities were clean and also felt safe, thanks in part to the timed/motion sensitive light switches. I felt confident that our items were secure. I will definitely use this location again if I have a storage need.
