Good customer service and decent facility but expensive because of the neighbourhood.
I wish the ground level garage-sized units weren't fully occupied by jerks running some kind of repair shop or woodworking business out of them. Why don't they lease a proper commercial unit suitable for such a trade?

I have used this storage for a few years now with a 5x5 storage space and a 5 x 10. One constant is that the team has always been positive, accommodating and incredibly helpful. The locating has been perfect for me. My only small complaint would be the price point... but it IS Toronto and it is what you pay to have your valuables close without the long commute you might have to other, cheaper locations. I definitely recommend the Public Storage on Vine.
