Setting up the storage was fast, easy and friendly. The communication was quick right from the start, they returned my phone call and email on the same day. I went into their office and they showed me around the units, based on sizes I was looking for. The building is historic, but has been renovated. It's very clean, large, and houses a lot of small offices as well. The building is temperature controlled, and has security features such as individual locker alarms and a key card to access the building doors (which is associated with your unit). In terms of cost it was competitive for the area of the city, and also offers built in content insurance if needed!

My company has been renting space storage space at Planet Storage for seven years now. My experience has been very professional and the staff are also extremely friendly. I have had to move units twice over the years and the administration has made the hectic process seamless for myself. My staff who access the space most frequently have always gotten in and out in a timely manner. I recommend the storage facility.

I remember when this was the old rubber factory and I am glad they kept some of the old architectural features and history. As far as storage places this has to be one of the cleanest places you can use. The staff is friendly and its in a convenient location. They have alot of different ad ize units available and are pretty accommodating with requests as well. You won't be disappointed by using their services.

This is our second time using Planet Storage. The office staff is helpful and informative in person and as well as on the phone. Easy 24 hour access to the climate controlled building that has dollies and an elevator to help you move.

We have not been pleased with this facility. No close washrooms on site, no carts ever available, it’s supposed to be a 24hour facility. No lights in the storage. Rodents in the units. Management and staff are horrible and rude. Raising prices for their expansion and the best is sending a mass email giving its customers $10 off their rent if they write a positive review🤦🏽‍♀️. We don’t recommend this facility at all.
