How do thing go missing from my unit ? I’m pissed off and feel violated. I have spent $1000 there to keep my stuff safe for 6months only to have stuff missing. I had to give at least one start to write this review. Other wise they would get no stars. The place has a shady feel to this location. The place does not feel secure. I’ve been there at different times of the day and don’t want to be judgemental but looks to be a hang out for some. The smell of marijuana was present on two visits there. Oh one other things is when u first sign up it’s not to storage-mart its to some other company that you sign a contract with( sub contract). Even tho I call and set an appointment through storage-mart. After a couple of months I guess they send the contract to storage-mart. I received an email stating so. Guess there’s some liability concerns there for some reason. How does a storage unit have two Numbers for two different companies. ( IN STORAGE is the other company name) for example E1010 is the IN STORAGE # and 1110 is for STORAGE MART # but it’s the same storage unit. Something fishy here.

This storage mart from the outside may not look the nicest but my experience here over the last couple years has been fantastic except for occasional elevator outages. The staff have been helpful and friendly and the other people we have met there have been very nice. The units are actually very clean inside the buildings.

ROBBED! Staff were rude, lazy and did not show any concern for the fact that i was robbed while one of my keys was in their possession. Don't bring your belongings here!

The location has some shady people but the staff is great and can't complain about the prices.

That staff at this location were very helping in finding us THREE storage units at the last minute, when we were stuck without an apartment. They also gave us ALL three storage units for FREE for the month of August 2017. So that saved us a lot of $$$ and headaches. The only downside was they made a huge mistake on our bill for September and it was difficult to get them to sort out the refund. But I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage space.
