Just stayed here on our first camping trip with our new (to us...) trailer and this was so much more than I expected for a camp ground! The staff that runs the place was amazingly helpful at all times and made this experience amazing. Special thanks to Fred who took customer service to a new level by making sure we figured out our propane issue until the very end. I am amazed how much he cared about us when it would have been really easy to just let us figure it out on our own. There were a million things for the kids to do at all times with special night time entertainment while we were there. We got to see Ephagy with a fun fire Poi performance! Very cool. The bathroom facilities on our side were brand new and the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen in a camp ground. Finally we were stuck in a bind and had to leave the trailer there while we went on another trip and the staff had a perfect solution. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged exactly what they said they would. That's admirable these days! Thanks to the team at Jellystone I'm sure we will be back!

We used to camp here years ago but stopped because of the owners. They were incredibly nasty and rude. I read that there are NEW owners. I have to ask, did they BUY the campground or are they renting it? If there is absolutely no connection to the previous owners Glen and John I will once again camp here. But if they are in any way connected I will never camp at this place. If anyone knows please post the truth. I guess another way is to just ask around. Hopefully I will get an honest answer.

We've stayed here now three times (8 nights) this year. The park is clean, and the activities they plan keep the kids occupied during the weekends. But this last trip was exceptionally eye opening. Their small playground nearest the baseball field is in dire need of attention, as part of it is blocked off with plywood and I saw several screws sticking out just waiting to cut somebody (even witnessed a child leave in an ambulance on 7/15). I did witness MANY employees running around on golf carts texting and driving, which is incredibly dangerous should a child walk out in the road. And speaking of roads, they need to somehow enforce a speed limit. People FLY down the aisles like it's a normal road. Overall it's a decent park with the potential to be great, but the safety issues (others I haven't written about) and the price ($109/night last weekend, $125 for our next trip) will probably make this a place we visit one weekend a year, at best.

We stayed in one of the cabins this week. It was centrally located to all activities. The activities were family friendly. We truly enjoyed the Pacific Rhythms presentation and it's cultural significance. It is pricey but it is a good experience for families... limit cell phones ; take walks and bike rides; join the children at the pool... great memories. They opened up the new Registration building which is quite an improvement from the previous area. Spacious and much more efficient. I would recommend this resort.

Always a great time, sites are nice and level. Lots to do with crafts, the water park, and the 2 heated pools. With sites alone the river you get your own oasis for a peaceful weekend getaway. We Come every year multiple times and will continue to.
