Really wish there was a no star rating. This company does not deserve even 1 star. I was driving down the Pat Bay Highway, and a yellow cab, Cab #17 began, with no exaggeration, starting aggressively tail gating my car. He was as far from my car as a car would be at a red light. Flashing his lights and honking his horn. I was in the left lane so I could pass everyone else as there was quite a bit of traffic in the right lane. It would have be unsafe for everyone if I had slowed down just to let this crazy cab driver pass. Eventually there was a break in traffic and I got the hell out of his way and as he passed he flipped me off. He then proceeded to weave in and out of traffic. I'm not sure if he had a passenger or not, but regardless a cab driver should never drive like that. What happened to safety and professionalism? I have reported the driver to Yellow Cab, but knowing them, its unlikely they will do jack diddly.

Driver reported to be outside of pick up location 5 minutes before he was actually there. Resulting in myself and my daughter going outside the movie theatre and being locked outside waiting. When I called dispatch to find out what was going on, I was asked if I would just like to call another company. To top it off, the driver was using cellphone while driving and arriving into destination area, the whole area is 30 km/h...the driver thought it appropriate to do 60..again with my minor child in the car. Thumbs down Yellow Cab :(

The driver of Car 50 is an angel. I had a fantastic experience with this young man and he provided excellent customer service. He offered to help carry my heavy bags right to my doorstep rather than me making multiple trips back and forth. He had me laughing and smiling the whole ride. Wonderful conversational skills.

The app is great in theory, terrible in practice. None of the drivers know how to accept my payment through the app, so I've said yes to a double charge just so I could leave the car. As far as other aspects of the service, I tend to get rude and condescending cab drivers who don't know where they are going, but won't let me give directions (or even listen as they are on the phone with various people). Overall, not a great experience.

Called two cabs, said they would be here in 20 mins, only 1/2 cabs show up almost 2 hours later. The Cab driver that did show up said he would come back and get us but he was going to keep the meter running and charge us 40+ dollars for a 10 minute ride downtown.... worst service I have ever experienced from a cab company.
