I tried to book a cab to matson rd goldstream and jacklin, very central Langford and the dispatcher was like oh that's too far sorry and hung up on me. Very disappointed since I am in a very central Langford area.
So far, my only 1 star review. Would give them negative stars if possible. They simply just won't show up and then block your calls. Very rude. Absolutely disgusting business. As you can see from their response, very unprofessional. Do not use this company! Update: I'm actually very surprised they took the time to answer me, yet not pick me up. We called once and waited. It was only 9:30,pm They told us 5-10 minutes. Called after 25 minutes and no answer. Their response to my rating is absolutely blowing me away. This just shows the absolute level of unprofessionalism. I would post my call history if I could. Clearly a poorly managed company.
Really positive experience my wife and I got a cab twice with Westshore taxi and it great experience
I called for a lost hiker. They had lost their way from Bear Mountain and had to get back to their hotel to lead a conference. I was working at Goldstream Park and the gentleman had no problem coming to the park in the time he had estimated.
The cab was a little late, but the gentlemen that picked me up was lovely. I enjoyed chatting to him about his dog. Would use this cab company again!
Called them on a Thursday night. Got a numbered mailbox. Is this business still open?
We had Jeff drive us tonight and he was the best cab driver we have ever had! Great company and got us home safe and sounds! Definitely will be using this company again because of him! Thanks so much Jeff!!
What a ghetto taxi company. All the cars in the fleet are run down and ugly on the inside. Today's cab I took reeks of cigarettes and wet dog. Not an impressive taxi company by any means. The only cool guy who works there is Jeff the Cabby.

Call , left messages, no call back , crickets so I call bluebird and they showed up on time and got me to my destination in a timely manner safety.
