Tried the cab company 3 different times, have never had a cab show up. And when I call back, they just don't answer.

Cab didn't show dispatch lied said they had. Don't use them if possible

Called at 2pm to book a cab for 7pm to get me to the airport. Still no cab at 7:10.. Called for an update and they said they were busy and it would be another 15 minutes. I told them that's why I called early to book the cab and I have a flight to catch. I called another cab company who showed up in 6 minutes. Won't be using Sidney cab anymore.

I booked an early pick up to go to the airport. The driver arrived several minutes before the scheduled time, greeted me, took my bag and got me to the airport speedily. A very pleasant experience at 4:30 a.m. I will only use Sidney Taxi for airport and ferry connections.

Most rude dispatch operators ever. It doesnt take much to speak in full sentences on the phone. The gentleman I just spoke to today (Sept 2 2017 at 5:50pm) gave the worst service I have ever received in my life. I call cabs for my senior clientele every day and will never use this company and also make sure all of our senior clientele know how awful they are. Disgusting treatment.
