Ye Olde Plumber Ltd.

In late aug 2017 one of there service vehicles backed into my car while it was parked in a parking stall and I was still inside In front of a bunch of witnesses. The driver of the vehicle said she didn’t have time for this and flashed her info and called the front office and said there was no damage and drove away. I went straight to the police station and filed a report and showed the police the damage. The back bumper was damaged and needed to be replaced. My girlfriend and I got a few quotes for the repair and hand delivered the paperwork to there office. The company never even bothered to call and ask what happened let alone get back to us about the quotes. We were forced to get insurance involved and the company was found 100% at fault for everything and had to pay all costs. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs as there employees are straight up liars and there office couldn’t care less and are just as bad. Beware!!

I would not recommend for the following reasons: -they do not return calls -they are slow at providing an invoice -their work was sloppy and not well thought out (I ended up redoing portions of their work) -I was charged significantly more than what was quoted

Specifically asked to fix a noisy pneumatic thermostat that was leaking air. After they had replaced the thermostat, I had to ask them to come back a second time because my original complaint wasn't fixed properly the first time and needed correction. The invoice took almost two months to arrive, and I was charged full price for both visits. Just a really disappointing experience overall, and I get the sense that they are very disorganized.

Cathy in the office and the crew (I had three plumbers help me!) were professional and helpful. They did warranty work for me and were advocates for ensuring I got my water heater replaced and took care of some issues I had because of the home builder, Thank you!

I have a 2 year old water heater that broke down. I called the installer, who apparently called a sub-contractor to look at it, and that person was out golfing. He was nice enough to try to explain what he thought the issue was, but couldn't come out to help, so he recomennded Ye Old Plumbers. I called on a Friday afternoon at 3 PM and was told they would see if they could help me before the weekend. In less than 20 minutes, a tech was at my door (Sean). He was very helpful, discovered the issue, and furthermore discovered that my sump pump was overheating. Bottom line, all fixed in less than 1 hour, very friendly technician, all on a sunny, summer Friday afternoon when I was expecting to have cold water all weekend. I will never look for another plumber again, and the original installer I won't bother to call again.
