Oliver Plumbing & Heating

I had a great experience with this company. The technician I got was Julian and he made some great recommendations to running the plumbing lines in our condo. He was very knowledgeable but also a hard worker and honest about how he would do things if our roles were reversed. Companies like Oliver Plumbing are the business model that all companies should strive for: getting new clients by providing great service.

Ken was very helpful to speak with on the phone. Wasn't just "trying to book a service call" he was very helpful to try and diag the issue over the phone before booking a call. will be contacting them if I can't diag the issue.

I called Oliver Plumbing and Heating to see if they were able to do some warranty repair work on a water heater that had come up with issues. Though they weren't involved in the installation, they agreed to come by and do the repairs for me. Their response time was absolutely fantastic and their technician (Bruce I believe?) was very efficient and quick with his work. I can't speak for their rates, as my work was warranty work that they billed the tank manufacturer for, but in terms of service I give them 5 Stars.

Employee in a van was so inconsiderate I would never trust him. I am sure other employees aren't so rude
