Beware of their prices... the claim they will show you "options" and prices for repairs but they don't when its a straight forward repair. We called Harmcor and told them we had a leak from a shower behind a wall and told them it was likely due to a failed o-ring or missing o-ring. We had to hire a certified plumber incase we went through insurance. They came same day which was nice. They have a flat rate service call fee which includes diagnosis which is reasonable however once they saw it was a missing o-ring, they replaced it with one we provided and charged an additional $250 for a 30 second fix. Totally unacceptable in my mind and unfair considering we told them what the problem was in the first place and we were NOT given pricing options ahead of time. I called to discuss my bill with the office and spoke to someone who seemed like the owner or manager. He was very rude on the phone, told me I was wrong and told me he would call me back after he spoke to the plumber who came to site, he never did. I would never hire this company again nor recommend them as they do not seem like an honest or fair company to do business with.

Excellent service. Worked on an unusual scenario with my floor drain and water that had backed up into 2 rooms from my washer. She tried every tool that would normally be used to break away the floor drain cover that was encased in cement and to clean the pipes. Great personality too. Determined worker.

My Wife and I purchased a water heater from Harmcor last year and we're impressed with the efficiency, professional and friendly manor that they did the job. Earlier this year they came and cleaned the water heater with the same professional job. Thankyou for the great service!

We had an issue with our Navien unit as we weren't getting any hot water. I called another plumbing company before Harmcor but they didn't get back to me until the next day. The receptionist at Harmcor was very accommodating and she said that although their Navien specialist is all booked up for the day, but they will try their best to get it looked at ASAP, and she gave me updates on when the technician will be able to come over. When the technician came he was very thorough and he had to come a second time to replace a part. I felt he gave great advice on getting the Navien unit looked at before winter sets in to ensure all the parts are in good working order. As an aside, the plumbing company that installed the unit, Jetco, gave us the wrong information on the unit not needing a yearly flush which resulted in us spending hundreds on getting the Navien serviced. I never call Jetco for any servicing and I would recommend others to avoid them. I would highly recommend Harmcor for their excellent customer service and their thoroughness in servicing.
