Showed up when they said they would and tested everything in front of me before they left. 
Price ended up being a fair bit higher than estimated, but was still under other companies. The job took longer partially due to the plumber not bringing the correct parts. 
Overall though, good service and good work. I would use them again.

Called Richfield to do a quick job unclogging a sink and repairing a water heater. Technician arrived on time and was efficient in doing the work. Charged a reasonable rate and was very helpful. I have used Richfield a few times now and have received excellent service each time Will look to them again in the future for plumbing work.

I would strongly recommend Richfield Plumbing for any gas fitting needs. Originally, I had to get a plumbing contract to run a gas retest before gas service could be resumed. One big issue was that natural gas had been supplied as soon as possible in a cold day. I called Richfield Plumbing for help and Andy arranged it effectively and efficiently and worked out the schedule. Jeff was assigned to carry out the job. I was even more impressed with how thorough the job he completed. Anyway, the staffs take the time to ensure the job is done right and their customer is happy. They’re easy to talk to and very professional staff! Well done.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE SAID ..... TERRY FROM RICHFIELD PLUMBING WAS SO COOL, CALM AND PROFESSIONAL WHILE ALL HELL WAS BREAKING LOOSE, A LIFE SAVER.
Where to begin, on Sept. 5.17 came home from our long weekend trip, and went to open our main water line that we shut off for the weekend. As luck would have it the tap had been leaking, as was the Epcor meter reader, DOUBLE TROUBLE. I called 4 plumbing places, and all said it would be a FEW DAYS TO COME OUT, I was dealing with an Emergancy !!!!!. After checking with many online reviews, I came across Richfield Plumbing and heating. They said they could come out within 2 hours, and right to the minute Terry from Richfield Plumbing arrived.ready to go.. The main shut off was broken and so Epcor had to shut the water off for the full block. When Terry removed the main shut off valve, the water came out Like Hurricane Irma, he was soaked, and working wet to get the main valve and meter replaced. At the end Terry also did a great job cleaning up all of the mess. I just want to recommend and thank all of the people at Richfield, from the office staff who booked me to Terry my installer. Thanks again Richard

I discovered a 5 feet sink hole on my property and needed another​ opinion other than EPCOR, so I called Dan at Richfield.  I appreciate how Dan was patient and took my calls n several texts of pics of the area and offered his expert opinion.  To top it off he did not even bill me for his consulting service. So you know who is now my plumber:)
