Need a Plumber Canada

The biggest scam I have ever seen. Called them & I was told that it cost ~36 for a plumber to come & appraise the situation & give me an estimate, then I can decide if I want the repair or not. The plumber came, spent few minutes, look at the back of toilet & pointed to obvious area which was broken for past few months & said this parts are broken. It will cost you roughly $200 to get fixed or get a new toilet. I said thank you but not interested to get it done today. He said well now I serviced your toilet, it will cost you $200. SUCH an SCAM, you just pointed to an obvious broken part & want to charge me for the entire cost of repair without doing anything. DONT Waste your money, the dispatcher doesn't help you to all, you are on your own if you have a problem with the plumber

Great service! I called because my toilet wasn't flushing probably. I tried fixing it myself but unfortunately YouTube failed me 😅. I called Need-A-Plumber Canada and they came within the hour. Replace the part quickly and was very polite during they whole repair. Highly recommended them for all your plumbing needs.

Great service! Montana arrived very fast for my plumbing emergency. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He unclogged my drain in no time and had everything in working order. I will call again if I have any plumbing issues.

This company is an embarrassment to the industry. I waited 2 days for them to show up. At the end of our conversation there was no apology. She said there in meetings lol. I missed two days work waiting for them. There is a reason they are not members of the Better Business Bureau!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From my understanding they don't have office in Edmonton. They just call local independents around the the country when they get a call for that city. It's not hard to understand why they're so disorganized. No so much as an apology!!!!! Don't call this company.

Called Need a Plumber Canada and Mitch was the technician that responded. Our sump pump had failed causing flooding into our basement. Mitch was in our house within 1.5 hours and had a new pump installed and working with hours - causing the water level to recede. Very little actual water damage was caused. Great technician and I would recommend he and his company to anyone.
