Maintenance to my in floor heating setup/hot water tank etc.  Quick and efficient service.  Kevin (not the owner) did the job and his attention to details was excellent.  Had to call this firm again a week later to fix a leaking joint in sink drain.  Attended on short notice and again Kevin did the work/job.  Quick and efficient.  Restored my faith in plumbers in general as past experience(s) with other firms generally not good.  Well done Kevin.

We had a serious issue in our basement bathroom. The bathroom continued to back up. We consulted with other plumbers and they assessed the issue as a grading issue which frightened us from a cost perspective. We decided to leave it alone for years. This last week we decided to try again, we'd used Butler before. The first time they came in, Travis from Butler, assessed the situation and explained there was a blockage down the line, that would require breaking through the concrete. He calmed us, and explained that it's actually not as big of an issue and provided us with a reasonable estimate. He himself have concrete experience which was a huge deal as well. All in one. The second time they came out, they carried out the work, they were clean, sealed everything off and fixed our problem. Every step of the way Travis would call me to explain any road blocks. He and Butler are a company with integrity and I would recommend to anyone who asks. Hoping we don't need them again, but if we do we'll use them again.

Had a few issues to deal with (clogged tub drain, pipe that needed to be cut out and replaced, and a clogged toilet).  The toilet turned out some unexpected issues.  Bryce took care of things.  Total pro.  Second time using Butler.  Awesome job guys.  Thanks again.

They sent an inexperienced tech who used 2 hours to troubleshooting my water heater (was on the phone with service center majority of time) and spent another hour for getting the part at North Edmonton somehow. They charged total 3 hours on fixing the hot water tank.  I could almost bought a new one. Stay away from them.

We've had Butler in for a few jobs now and I highly recommend them for their service and customer service. They installed a sink in our basement as well as a toilet, sink and bathtub fixtures in our renovated bathroom. We live in a 1912 home, so it was a bit difficult to do but Butler did a fantastic job and it looks great. The staff were very courtesy and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be calling them again the next time we need a plumber.
