Ye Olde Flower Barn

This is a GREAT florist! I read good reviews about them and thought I'd give them a try. I wound up speaking to the owner who is 83 years young and she was a sweetheart and very understanding. I let her know that it was important that the flowers I ordered for my wife hold up well for the $$$ I was spending. She called me later in the day to let me know that she ordered in some special roses for the arrangement. They are the BEST ROSES I have ever given to my wife in 26 years. They are fresh, bloomed fully and held up wonderfully! I recommend that you order your flowers fro Ye Olde Flower Barn because they have old fashioned service and ethics!! Wonderful owner!! Love everything about them! The staff is amazing and they always creative the best arrangements, boutonnieres and corsages. I have been using them for years. I always look for opportunities to support local businesses and Ye Olde Flower Barn fits the bill. Outstanding customer service and they treat you like family. Jeanette is wonderful. I often find myself in the workroom just hanging out for a while. Best around. I highly recommend them.

I've gone here many times in the past and have always received excellent service and their arrangements are excellent. Today I was late in getting out to get some mother's day flowers so I called to see if they were still open. She said everyone had gone home but she was still there so I should come on in and look around. I got there and she let me in to look around and select a very nice mother's day arrangement to purchase. She really went above and beyond and was very helpful and friendly. They will always get my business now. Great shop, great people and great flowers!

I worked with Sue for a same-day delivery, and I had great interactions with her over the phone. I will recommend browsing on their website before calling so that you know what you want. Sue was upfront about what flowers she had in stock which makes a difference if substitutions need to be made. I was very impressed with the "Beautiful Dreams" arrangement I ordered for a close friend. I would do business with them again.

I've been a pretty loyal FTD flower shopper over the years, but after I spent $175 on my most recent FTD order for their supposed 'luxe collection', for flowers that were 'meh' and literally lasted 3 days, I decided to just find a local place. I was in a time crunch and needed a same day order so I just googled this place and they had good reviews. I placed a same day order online and did not have any expectations to be honest. When my girlfriend received her flowers she was OBSESSED. These were the first flowers that I have ever ordered that were better in person than in the photo. I ordered the "Always a Lady" bouquet and they are absolutely beautiful, not to mention that they smell awesome and were delivered within maybe 2 hours of when I placed the order. Now I realize that I have been ripped off in the past with mediocre flowers that cost $50-75 more! I'm definitely never going to order elsewhere again if I need flowers in the Troy area, and whoever made the bouquet made someone's day who really needed it. Definitely would recommend this place.

Though Ye Olde Flower Barn tends to be a bit pricier than other local florists, they are worth every penny and I have always had an overwhelmingly positive experience with them. When we wanted someone to recreate an arrangement I had found on Pinterest for my Husband's Grandmother's 85th birthday, they did a phenomenal job as always! The arrangement was lush and full, with beautifully vibrant colors. They are also always very good about letting you know which flowers are in season, what the substitution options are, and with composing custom bouquets.

This is the first time I've stopped into this delightful little flower shop. And I'm so glad I did! The owner is absolutely lovely. They are so nice and kind and helpful. The flowers are gorgeous.

I spoke with Jan to order a mixed bouquet and was very happy with the flowers that were sent. I was in the floral business for 30 years and I feel the selection and value more than met my expectations.

Ordered 2 dozen long stem rose bouquet for my wife's birthday. Order was placed Thursday at noon, delivering firday. At 530 pm Friday I get an email saying the florist was closed. The following day they deliver 12 roses and a basic vase. Offered a 40% discount or RETURN them for a full refund... then they call my wife and guilt her about them comming and getting them. They actually picked up the flowers...
