The customer service was exceptional!! The lady I spoke with on the phone couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I spoke to her about a special arrangement for Mother's Day and she was so very helpful. I received the feedback from the recipient (my mom) today and she said it was by far the "...most beautiful arrangement [I've] ever sent" her. That is saying a whole lot because I've sent my mom many countless arrangements over the years. I could not be more pleased or grateful to Jacobsen's. I'm so glad I chose to ignore earlier feedback. I just took a chance and I was definitely well rewarded for it. Overall my experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Jacobsen's to anyone without hesitation. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement that was sent to my mother. I am out of state and can't be there with her, but you gave her something that made her whole day. All I went into get was a single flower and I asked her what flower what look good with my suit, she told me I got the wrong color suit and I got lots of eye rolls and disrespect.

My husband and I have been to Jacobsen's on separate occasions, and each of us has had similar experiences. In his experience, my husband stopped in to Jacobsen's after work to surprise me with a bouquet. While the florist had what he wanted, he left empty handed because of the rudeness of the woman working. My experience is identical. I stopped in to Jacobsen's to attempt to find a bouquet of yellow flowers for a friend of mine. The circumstance was unique- she was getting married at the courthouse in a surprise wedding; and yellow was her favorite color. Naturally, every bride should have a bouquet when she is married- regardless if the wedding cost $30 or $30,000; so I hoped Jacobsen's would have what I was looking for. When I explained the situation to the woman working, I expected to receive some form of customer service and guidance. Instead, I received a condescending and rude attitude, along with eye rolls, head shakes and unbelieving chuckles during the explanation. She made me feel as if my friend and I were not worthy of receiving flowers from her business given the nature of the wedding; and I left rather upset. Fortunately, I made a quick stop in to Kroger.... which had exactly what I wanted, at half the price and a smiling worker who was more than willing to help. I am a proponent for local business....it is what drives our town and makes it unique; but two awful experiences, several months apart is enough. I will not patronize Jacobsen's ever again, and I often share my experiences with others and encourage them not to as well. Perhaps lack of business will encourage these women not to pass judgment on their customers; and the extra downtime will allow them to re-think the way they conduct themselves as business owners.

Easy to deal with, reasonable pricing, and reliable delivery. The staff is very nice and helped me out a lot.
