My brother and his now wife had their wedding ceremony and reception there recently. It was pretty great and the owner was nice. He even danced with all of us! Great times!

I ordered flowers from 1800 flowers this morning to be delivered to a friend - the Splendid & Sweet arrangement. I know 1800 flowers uses local florists, and your business is who they used (my friend just sent me a picture of your business card that was included). What was delivered was BEYOND pathetic. What she received looked absolutely nothing like what I thought I was ordering. The only thing you got right was the container. I'm so disappointed and embarrassed for what she received - I can't begin to put it all into words. I'm attaching a picture of what I THOUGHT would be delivered (on the left) vs. what you DID deliver (on the right). I will never use 1800 flowers or your shop again. I have sent a complaint to 1800 flowers as well asking for a refund because looking at the end product, I fully deserve it. I could have gone to Kroger myself and put together a better arrangement than what you did. Judy - Pontiac, MI

Ordered arrangement for a funeral on 07/25/17. They were beautiful. Staff was great, very helpful. Definitely will use their services again.

I never write bad reviews because people have bad days and things go wrong. Having said that my son bought a wrist corsage for his prom date and it fell apart as we were taking pictures. By the end of the night it was gone. So I called just to tell them about it and the women that answered phone told me : well next time he needs a corsage they will do a better job and maybe he will get it for free. He most likely won't need another wrist corsage because it was senior prom. And I didn't want my money back I just thought I would relay the message but she didn't seem to care. She couldn't get off the phone fast enough with me.
